SPECIAL: Please remember to bring a food donation as our donation program will now be cycled through a vegan food serving program at The RAFT! We will accept any non perishable vegan food items, but we are especially keen on the following: Chocolate Almond Breeze, Rice Krispies, Croutons, Soup and Pasta.
EXTRA SPECIAL: This year we will be compiling recipes and potentially creating a Potluck Series Cookbook. If you have recipes that you feel need to be shared, please write them out and bring them to the potluck. For any recipes that are not originals, we ask that you please cite the author of the recipe.
Also, this year we will be much more vigilant for those with allergies and sensitivities, (peanut, soy, gluten, etc.) so please be diligent and mark your recipes and ingredients accordingly. Those with allergies and sensitivities will be very happy!!!
Out of respect for all animals, all food must be VEGAN – meaning free of meat (including fish and chicken), and other animal products such as dairy, eggs and honey. Vegan food dishes serving 8-10 people, vegan baked goods, fruit trays, or non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., flavoured soy milk, juice, etc.) are appreciated. Out of respect for the environment, non-disposable cutlery, plates, and napkins will be provided and bottle water is prohibited

Vegan Superfriends 3
When: Saturday, September 24 · 8:00am – 11:00pm
Where: OPIRG info shop
Details:
This time around we are raising funds for Conflict Gypsy and the Sparrow Project. Both are projects taken up by SHAC 7 defendants who didn’t let their convictions end after their convictions! We want to shed light on these projects, revisit their stories, and thank two people, Josh Harper and Andy Stepanian, who have continued the fight for the environment as well as human and non human animals after facing heavy repression.
This event will be ending off OPIRG’S “Dis-Orientation” Week and we urge everyone to get involved with the event and help introduce news students to the social justice community in Niagara.
Workshop/Tabling/Music Inquiries can be sent to theveganpoliceradio@gmail.com as well as any questions/concerns.
